The new EWEB (Eugene Water and Electric Board) headquarters in Eugene was designed by Pivot Architecture. It was built over a wetlands area, which you can see in this photo. The bridge connecting the parking lot to the main operations and engineering building crosses the wetlands. Pivot was anxious to get some marketing photos of the project so we went ahead with this shoot in December, even though the weather was quite “iffy” for the both days we were shooting. Somehow it all worked out and we managed to get some great shots of both the interior and the exterior of the building(s). We’ll be back in the Spring though to get some more when things will be looking a lot nicer.
